Living Namaste"Namaste" has been variously translated. In simplest form it means, "I revere your inner being" and can also mean, "My divine nature recognizes the divine nature in you."
Living Namaste is to engage in the practice of seeking the divine in all things and living in service to this divinity. This practice requires looking past externals into the essential being.
For example, we may find ourselves in a room full of people and notice we are naturally drawn to some more than others. What are we drawn by? Is it externals such as good looks or vivacious presence? Is it some sort of sweet energy?
What about the people we aren't drawn by? Why not? Are we turned off by how they look or by some unpleasant energy?
The practice of Living Namaste involves tuning in to the divine aspect of every individual, even when we may not do so initially. Gradually, we come to recognize the divine in all beings.
One way to come to this recognition is through the ritual of the Tantric Puja.
