Integrating The Divine

It is the task of the aspiring Tantrika to discover spirit in every area of life. This begins with the daily practice, where one becomes aware of the gift of one's own body and mind. As one continues on the path, one learns to regard chores as opportunities for self examination, service and growing closer to one's creator.

 

Sex and relationships become a sacred journey in which one's partner becomes a mirror for one's self, both the "higher self" and the "shadow self."

 

As one advances, one's concerns move outward from the individual to mankind as a whole and possibly to regard one's self as a steward of the planet and universe.
